Hi, I’m Dan — the creator of this website. I started this project out of a lifelong appreciation for firearms, responsible ownership, and the many great Florida gun ranges we’ve had the chance to visit over the years. I’m not a firearms expert, but I’ve spent enough time around the range to know my way around a pistol bench, a rifle lane, and most importantly, the value of safety and respect when handling any firearm.

One of the best parts of this journey has been involving my son, who’s 18. Working on this project together has given us the opportunity to travel, explore, and share experiences at gun ranges all across the state — from the Panhandle to the Keys. It’s been a way for us to connect, learn, and strengthen our understanding of firearms, safety, and our Second Amendment rights.

Our goal with this site is simple — to create a useful, trustworthy resource for anyone looking to find Florida gun ranges, learn about shooting safely, and connect with others who share a respect for the shooting sports. We’re still discovering new ranges all the time, and we look forward to sharing what we find with you along the way.
